A thrilling roof balcony!
This time, I'd like to introduce *THE Sangenjaya HOUSE*, which is located in an excellent spot just 3 minutes on foot from Sangenjaya Station. The room I'm focusing on is located on the 4th floor of a 7-story building. Because it faces south, it’s very bright and feels warm when sunlight pours in. The space is styled in soft, elegant tones with wood grain patterns and light colors. One wall of the living, dining, and kitchen area features accent wallpaper, giving the space a balanced and stylish design without being too simple. Additionally, the backsplash in the bathroom has a unique design that adds a subtle touch of elegance. It makes you want to look around and find other hidden stylish details. Although this room isn't on the top floor, it does come with a roof balcony, which is a standout feature. During the photo shoot, the exterior wall was being worked on, so the windows couldn't be opened, and I wasn't able to see the roof balcony. However, just hearing "roof balcony" makes me excited! With an area of 14.65㎡, it’s a perfect spot for a little break. Spending tea time there on weekends would surely become one of the highlights.
