Ample storage with a Walk-In Closet (WIC) and Shoe-In Closet (SIC)

This time, I’d like to introduce "Harumi Island Triton Square View Tower", located in Tsukishima, which offers great access to key areas in Tokyo. On the way from the station to the building, you’ll find a convenience store and a drugstore, giving a well-developed impression of the residential environment. Upon entering the building, you’re greeted by a very spacious entrance hall, giving you the feeling of entering more of an event venue than a typical apartment complex. The first thing that surprised me when I arrived at the unit was the shoe-in closet. It offers ample space for a large collection of shoes, and there’s even a hanger rack for outerwear. Additionally, there’s space near the entrance for outdoor gear or a carry case, making it an ideal spot to store everything you use outdoors. Inside, the kitchen features a sleek black design, and the main room has a unique touch with one wall designed differently, showing attention to detail. Moreover, if you add a stylish light fixture like the one in the photos, you can easily elevate the space into a more refined, fashionable atmosphere. The weather was perfect on the day of the shoot, and the view from the 42nd floor was absolutely stunning! Please visit the property to experience both the breathtaking view and the design and functionality of the apartment in person.

  • The living and dining area features a simple and clean design with wood grain flooring and walls in soft, neutral tones. The black sliding doors serve as an accent, adding cohesion to the room. With carefully chosen interior furnishings, the space would look even more stylish and refined.

  • The main room features a unique touch with one wall painted in a soft greige color. Indirect lighting has been incorporated, enhancing the overall ambiance of the room. With a spacious area of approximately 16.8 tatami mats, there's plenty of room to comfortably place a dining table for four, a sofa, and a low coffee table.

  • The shoe-in closet is located to the left of the entrance. It offers ample space, large enough to store a family’s collection of shoes. In addition to shoes, there’s a hanger rack for clothes, and the closet also provides space for outdoor gear and even a bicycle.

  • As expected, the view from the balcony on the 42nd floor is absolutely stunning. You can overlook the surrounding high-rise buildings, apartments, and the canal right in front of the property, offering a panoramic view of the Tsukishima area. You’ll likely find yourself spending more time on the balcony just to enjoy this incredible scenery.

  • This is the washbasin located in the entrance area. It is separate from the vanity in the powder room, providing an additional convenient option. After returning home or exiting the bathroom, you can wash your hands right away without having to go all the way to the powder room. It's a practical and rare feature that I found quite impressive.

  • A chic, black-colored I-shaped kitchen. It's great to have a range hood and a dishwasher included. The space is spacious enough that even two people can cook comfortably side by side, making it ideal for families with children to cook together. It also seems like a perfect setup for hosting home parties with friends.

  • Two of the three Western-style rooms are equipped with walk-in closets. Even families with a large collection of clothes can keep their items organized and tidy. The closets provide enough space to hang a lot of clothes, making it enjoyable to choose your outfits every day, just like in a boutique.

  • Above the kitchen, there is a lighting rail. By using the lighting on it, you can create a bar-like atmosphere. Even if you don’t use it for lighting, it’s a stylish feature that adds an elegant touch to the space.
