Oimachi Station is known for its good security and popularity, especially among families. It offers access to three train lines, providing direct connections to Shibuya Station, Shinjuku Station, Kawasaki Station, and Yokohama Station, making it a convenient location for commuting and schooling. There are many shops for shopping, and in addition to the large commercial facilities in front of the station, there are also supermarkets, drugstores, and clinics in nearby buildings along the way. It’s a great bonus that you can finish your shopping while walking through the area. "Sunrise Minami-Shinagawa" is a Showa-era apartment located in a quiet residential area. While it is an older building, it is well-maintained and kept clean, so the age of the building does not seem to be a major concern. The 3LDK unit we’re introducing today is located on the first floor. It’s arranged independently from other rooms, providing high privacy. However, please note that the "Shinagawa Ward Minami-Shinagawa Children’s Center" next door has an outdoor space where children play ball games, so on weekdays after school and weekends, it can get quite lively. If you’re concerned about the noise, consider using soundproof curtains for noise reduction. Additionally, there is no balcony, so you’ll need to get creative when drying laundry. Please make use of features like the 5.7-tatami-sized room’s hanging drying rack and the bathroom’s ventilation and drying system.
