A room full of charm
This time, we’re introducing Uniheim Roka Park, located in a quiet residential area in the Minami-Karasuyama district of Setagaya. It’s just a very simple route from the south exit of Roka Koen Station — just walk straight along Chitose Street to reach your destination. Along the way, there are supermarkets, convenience stores, and drugstores, so you can easily do your shopping on the way from the station to the apartment. What struck me first upon entering the apartment was the size of the main room. It’s about 28.9 tatami mats in size, so much so that I could almost run around it by myself! Even with a dining table, sofa, and low table, there’s still plenty of space left. This apartment is furnished, so you can move in and start using it right away, but you can also add your personal touch with indoor plants or even create a play area for kids with joint mats in the corner. The kitchen is also quite appealing. It feels like it’s part of the same room, which allows for a more focused cooking experience. The L-shaped kitchen offers a spacious area to work in, which is a delight for anyone who enjoys cooking. Even for those who don’t usually spend much time in the kitchen, this layout will surely encourage you to cook more. It’s perfect for preparing meals for the family or hosting friends and preparing for a party in a fun, lively atmosphere♪ The apartment also boasts other attractive features, like a rooftop balcony, making it a space full of charm. Be sure to take a look in person ✦
