Situated at the very end of the hallway, it limits foot traffic near the entrance, enhancing privacy. The interior features a natural wood finish, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The balcony faces Hinode Street and the Metropolitan Expressway Route 5, but thanks to its location on the 12th floor, traffic noise is minimal. However, for those concerned about exhaust fumes, using the bathroom's ventilation and drying system for laundry might be a good option.
