Discover the new attractions of Shibuya
Shibuya Station, with access to 8 different train lines, is easily accessible. The station’s daily user count is 2,803,542 people, making it the second most-used station in Japan. Currently, due to redevelopment work, the station exits can be somewhat confusing. It’s recommended to leave a bit earlier than usual. We’re all looking forward to the completion of the construction. "Shibuya Eins" is located about a 4-minute walk from Shibuya Station. The area around the building has supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, and even a daycare. However, the distance to the elementary and junior high schools is a bit far, so driving children to school might be more reassuring from a safety perspective. Inside "Shibuya Eins," the design is unified with a hotel-like aesthetic, creating a very charming atmosphere. It’s surprising that it’s just a few minutes from Shibuya Station, given the abundance of greenery. The security is excellent, making it a safe and comfortable place for families with small children. This time, I’ll introduce a 2LDK located on the 6th floor. The space is modern and sophisticated, with the effective use of wallpaper and tiles. The kitchen and sanitary rooms are highly functional, making daily chores easier. Additionally, the surrounding streets are quiet with little car traffic, so environmental noise is not an issue. It’s a peaceful place where you can forget the hustle and bustle of the city and live a relaxed life.
