A hidden retreat in the city, wrapped in greenery and tranquility
Shinagawa Station is one of Tokyo’s major transportation hubs. In addition to regular train lines, it also offers access to the Shinkansen (bullet trains), making it an excellent choice for those who frequently travel long distances. The station itself is quite large, and currently, some areas are under construction, which may slow down movement through the station. It’s a good idea to allow extra time when heading there. On the way from Shinagawa Station to the apartment, you’ll pass by the “Wing Takanawa” shopping mall and several supermarkets—perfect for picking up groceries or enjoying a little shopping on your way home. There’s also a nearby aquarium and a movie theater, making it easy to enjoy your weekends without going far. However, please note that there is a fairly steep staircase on the way to Gotenyama Daini Corporas. This area is on elevated ground, so stairways and slopes are common. If you're using a stroller or wheelchair, we recommend planning your route carefully. Gotenyama Daini Corporas is a small-scale residence surrounded by lush greenery. The neighborhood sees little traffic, creating a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere that feels worlds away from the hustle and bustle—despite being so close to Shinagawa Station. The 1LDK unit we’re featuring today is located on the 5th floor. While the design and facilities are simple, the opportunity to live in the Gotenyama area at this price point is quite rare. It could also serve as a great second home for those working in central Tokyo.
