Luxury Grade
Luxury grade properties are classified as rental properties that have a high proportion of large-sized units (over 200 sq. meters) within the building, or cost over JPY7,000 per sq. meter in rent per month. We have honed in on the areas that are popular among foreign residents. Mid to Upper grade properties are classified as rental properties that cost between JPY4,000-7,000 per sq. meter in rent per month and have a selection of properties from 95 sq. meter and up to 200 sq.meters in size.
